We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return guidelines carefully to ensure your request for a refund, credit, or exchange is processed smoothly.


Reporting Issues

  • Shortages, discrepancies, or damages must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Do not discard the original boxes, packaging materials, or wrapping until the matter is resolved.

  • Damaged or defective shipments should be reported immediately to  info@plasticvials.com.


Return Authorization

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before being sent back.

  • To obtain an RMA, email our returns department at  info@plasticvials.com

  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Return Conditions

Products must meet the following requirements:

  1. Returned within 30 days from the shipping date.

  2. In unused, original, and saleable condition.

  3. Properly packed, insured, and shipped via a traceable ground service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).


Refunds & Fees

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns unless:

    • The item arrived damaged or defective.

    • The wrong item was shipped.

  • Shipping Refunds: Shipping costs are refunded only if the product was shipped incorrectly or defective upon arrival.


Defective or Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect all packages before signing for delivery. Your signature confirms that the package was received in good condition.

  • If the carrier leaves your package without a signature, fully unpack and inspect it immediately.

  • If damage is found, contact our customer service within 2 business days to receive an RMA.
